Do you actually book the flight, or just find it?
We find the award space and send you a detailed step-by-step guide to complete the booking yourself — you keep full control of your account and points. If you'd rather book together live, you can add a 30-minute call and we'll walk through it with you in real time.
Why is there a non-refundable search fee?
Award searching takes real time — scanning multiple programs, dates, and routing combinations. The deposit covers that work. It's applied to your total balance if you proceed, so it's not an extra cost — it just ensures we're both committed before we start digging.
What if you can't find availability?
It happens — award space is genuinely limited on some routes and dates. If we can't find anything suitable within your parameters, we'll tell you honestly and discuss your options: flexible dates, alternate programs, or a different routing. We never deliver a result we wouldn't book ourselves. If we truly come up empty with no viable options, your search deposit will be refunded in full.
Which points programs do you search?
Primarily Canadian programs — Aeroplan, Amex MR transfer partners, Scene+, RBC Avion, and others relevant to your points balance. We'll also look at partner airline programs if they unlock better availability or value for your specific route. Have access to US credit card points (Chase Ultimate Rewards, Citi ThankYou, Capital One Miles)? We support those too — US programs often unlock availability that Canadian programs miss entirely.
How quickly do I get results?
Within 48 hours of receiving your trip details and deposit. Award availability is time-sensitive so we move fast — and we'll flag if anything looks like it might disappear soon so you can act quickly.
Do you need access to my points account?
Never. We search availability through public-facing tools and partner databases. You'll always be the one logging in and completing the booking. Your login credentials stay with you — always.
What if the seats disappear before I book?
Award space can disappear fast. We flag time-sensitive availability in our results and recommend booking within 24 hours when seats look limited. If space vanishes before you book, one re-search is included at no extra charge.
Is this worth it for economy class too?
Absolutely — especially for families or groups where finding 3–5 seats together in the same cabin is genuinely hard. We've found economy redemptions that saved clients hundreds of dollars versus paying cash, even after our fee.
